In 2009, the Olomouc Museum of Art presented in two exhibitions the project of the Olomouc Central European Forum (OCEF). One of them presented the architectural design of OCEF, while the other showed a selection of the works of art by Czech artists that will form the core of the new permanent exhibition. As the international project of OCEF is focused on the phenomena of Central European fine arts culture after World War II, the acquisition of works from the entire region continues. The third OCEF exhibition will present the works of Hungarian artists that have been added to the museum collections since 2008 – a set of paintings and works of conceptual art by selected Hungarian artists: Imre Bak, Lászlo Fehér, György Jovánovics, Dóra Maurer, István Nádler, Géza Perneczky and Sándor Pinczehelyi.
